We consider ourselves to be among the most knowledgeable , experienced and professional dealers in 20th Century military autographs. However we also recognise that we are not infallible and that mistakes can sometimes happen.
Should we inadvertently miscatalogue any item we will refund your outlay immediately upon receipt of the returned item which must be in the same condition as it was when despatched. The same procedure applies in the event that you wish to change your mind and simply return your purchase. In either case you will be responsible for the packing and posting charges of a returned item. In the event that we have miscatalogued an item your outlay will be refunded up to one year following despatch date. If you wish to return an item for any other reason this must be done within 30 days of despatch date.
We, like many other dealers, do not believe in the fairly prevalent practice of providing a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). These documents are often certified by inexperienced individuals, many of whom lack the necessary expertise to recognize the difference between authentic and forged or secretarial signatures. In any event such documents have no legal validity. Our refund policy is designed to be scrupulously fair and to accommodate any concerns you may have. In addition each of our invoices will certify the authentic nature of your purchase.
